Connecting your shop to your Mailchimp account makes it easier than ever to keep in touch with your customers. Set up a newsletter in Mailchimp and your customers will be able to subscribe directly through your site, helping you to build a targeted audience and keep them in the loop about all the great products you have to offer.
You can connect your shop to Mailchimp by clicking Settings in the shop admin panel menu and then clicking Mailchimp.
Step 1: Connect your site
You can connect your site to Mailchimp from the Settings panel.
Step 2: Connect your shop
To connect your shop to Mailchimp, select which Mailchimp audience your customers should be added to and click Connect. Customers will show in your Mailchimp audience with your shop name listed as the source.
If you later want to disconnect your shop from Mailchimp, click Disconnect. To connect your shop to a different audience, Mailchimp requires that you disconnect and then reconnect with the new audience.
Step 3: Set up a newsletter
Check the Offer a newsletter to customers checkbox to show a newsletter sign-up checkbox when your customers create an account or check out as a guest. You can change the label for this checkbox so your customers know what to expect from your newsletter.
Customers who choose to receive your newsletter will show as subscribed in your Mailchimp audience.
