Groups are used to set up permissions for users. You can manage groups by clicking Groups in the permissions panel.
The group list
After clicking Groups, the group list is displayed:
To create a new group, enter its name and click Create. To edit a group, click on its name. To delete a group, click the corresponding Delete button.
Editing a group
After clicking on a group, the group details are shown:
You can then change the following details:
Name
The name of the group.
Can edit
A page that members of the group can edit. They will also be able to edit any sub-pages of the page.
Can create, move, and delete pages
Check this box to allow members of the group to create, move and delete pages
Can edit SEO titles and descriptions
Check this box to allow members of the group to edit SEO titles and descriptions on pages they can edit
Can manage album
An album that members of the group can manage images within. They will also be able to manage any sub-albums within the album. Note that anyone with page edit rights can still browse albums that they can’t manage.
Can manage directory
A directory that members of the group can manage files within. They will also be able to manage any sub-directories within the directory. Note that anyone with page edit rights can still browse directories that they can’t manage.

Check these boxes to allow members of the group access to the corresponding panels.
Click Save to save the changes to the group.
