This guide is for the Windows and Mac program Microsoft Outlook 2019 and 2016.



Before following the below step by step guide, please find the email sent to you which contains your email settings.



PLEASE NOTE - IF THE SETTINGS IN THE VIDEO NO LONGER WORK WITH YOUR OUTLOOK VERSION - PLEASE USE OUTGOING PORT 465 SECURITY SSL/TLS AS BELOW



Step by Step Guide

 

Enter your email address in the 'Welcome to Outlook' window, click the checkbox labelled 'Let me set up my account manually' and click Connect





On the 'Choose account type' window select IMAP.  






Fill in your account details.  


Incoming mail server: zimbra.protectedservice.net 

Port: 993

Encryption method: SSL/TLS


Outgoing mail server: smtp.protectedservice.net 

Port: 465 

Encryption method:  SSL/TLS


When you have entered the relevant details, click Next.




Enter your password.


Your email address password can be found in the email we sent you with the subject line 'Webmail / IMAP - [Your company name]'.


Click Connect.





Your account has now successfully been added.


Click Done to complete the setup.




Outlook will now finish setting your mailbox up and when complete you will be taken to your inbox.
