The site map lets you edit the pages, headings, and links that show on menus. To access the site map, click the Pages button on the toolbar, as shown below.
This will open the site map window, as shown below.
Hiding pages
In some situations you may want to hide a page from the navigation — for example, a landing page for an e-mail newsletter. Note that a hidden page is still accessible to anyone who knows its address. For addition protection, a page can be password-protected.
A Hide button appears next to each page that is currently shown. A Show button appears next to each page that is currently hidden. Click these buttons to show or hide pages.
Editing headings
Click Edit on a heading to open the heading editing window, as shown below.
The heading editing window lets you change the following settings:
Heading
The heading text
Parent page
The page that the heading will be shown under on menus
Click Save to save changes to the heading. Click Cancel to return to the site map window without changing the heading.
Editing links
Click Edit on a link open the link editing window, as shown below.
The link editing window lets you change the following settings:
Link text
The link text
Link address
The address for the link. Click to open the hyperlink window.
Parent page
The page that the link will be shown under on menus
Click Save to save changes to the link. Click Cancel to return to the site map window without changing the link.
Deleting headings and links
Click Delete on a heading or link to delete it. Note that you cannot delete headings and links that have other menu items below them.
