You can configure your business details by clicking Settings in the shop admin panel menu and then clicking Business details.

Shop details

There are two settings in this section:

Shop name

This is your shop name, as shown to customers in e-mails generated by the shop.

Shop country

This is the default country for your shop. Tax rates vary between countries, and when a visitor is logged in they are shown the prices for their country. If a visitor is not logged in then they are shown the prices for the default country.

Legal details

These details are included in the footer of e-mails sent out by your shop in order to comply with laws covering online selling.

Jurisdiction

The legal jurisdiction in which your business is based. Some countries (such as the United Kingdom and United States) have multiple jurisdictions within them. Note that if your business is based in Wales it may be registered in England And Wales, or it may be registered specifically in Wales (for example, if it uses suffix Cyfyngedig rather than Limited).

Official name of business

The official name of your business, which may be different from its trading name. If your business is a registered company, this will be the name under which your company registered.

Official address of business

The official address of your business. If your business is a registered company, this will be the address under which your company registered.

Company registration number

The registration number of your business, if it is a registered company

Tax registration number

The tax registration number of your business, if it is registered for tax purposes (for example, for collecting VAT in Europe)
