This guide is for the Outlook mobile app.
Before following the below step by step guide, please find the email sent to you which contains your email settings.
Step By Step Guide
Enter your email address and click Add Account.
Click IMAP.
Toggle "Use Advanced Settings" slider to On (Should turn Blue & advanced settings appear)
You should now be able to fill in your account details (see screen grab below).
Display name: when you send an email, this appears next to your email address
IMAP Incoming Email Server
IMAP Hostname: zimbra.protectedservice.net
IMAP Port: 993 - Security Type: SSL/TLS
IMAP Username: your email address
IMAP Password: your email address password (found in the email we sent you with the subject line 'Webmail / IMAP - [Your company name]')
SMTP Outgoing Email Server
SMTP Hostname: smtp.protectedservice.net
Port Number: 465 - Security Type: SSL/TLS
SMTP Username: your email address
SMTP Password: your email address password (found in the email we sent you with the subject line 'Webmail / IMAP - [Your company name]')
When you have entered the relevant details, click Sign in. (Note: Maybe a small tick symbol ✔ near top of screen?)
Choose whether or not to add another account.
Outlook will now finish setting your mailbox up and when complete you will be taken to your inbox.
