This guide is for the Apple mobile operating system.

Before following the below step by step guide, please find the email sent to you which contains your email settings.

Step by Step Guide 

Go to settings:

Scroll down and click Passwords & Accounts.

Click Add Account.

Click Other.

Click Add Mail Account.

Fill in your new account details.

Name: your name as you wish it to appear in the recipient's inbox

Email: your email address

Password: your email address password (found in the email we sent you with the subject line 'Webmail / IMAP - [Your company name]')  

Description:  the name you want your device to refer this account as

Select IMAP and then enter the Incoming Mail Server settings.

Host Name: zimbra.protectedservice.net

Username: your email address

Password: your email address password

Scroll down and enter the Outgoing Mail Server settings. 

Host Name: smtp.protectedservice.net

Username: your email address

Password: your email address password

Click Next.

Click Save.
