This guide is for the Apple mobile operating system IOS 18 and above.

Before following the below step by step guide, please find the email sent to you which contains your email settings.

Step by Step Guide 

Go to settings:

Scroll down and click Apps.

In the search box type "Mail" and select the Mail app for Apple.

Click Mail Accounts.

Click Add Account.

Select Other from the list

Click Add Mail Account.

Fill in your account details.

Name: your name as you wish it to appear in the recipient's inbox

Email: your email address

Password: your email address password (found in the email we sent you with the subject line 'Webmail / IMAP - [Your company name]')  

Description:  the name you want your device to refer this account as

Select IMAP and then enter the Server settings.

Incoming Mail Server Host Name: zimbra.protectedservice.net

Username: your email address

Password:your email address password

Outgoing Mail Server Host Name: smtp.protectedservice.net

Username: your email address

Password: your email address password

Click Next.

Click Save

Open the Mail App and your mailbox will be showing in the list
