This guide is for the Windows 8 and above program called Mail. Please note this program is being phased out and replaced by New Outlook so you may see an option to upgrade to this now.



Before following the below step by step guide, please find the email sent to you which contains your email settings. 



Step by Step Guide

 

In Mail, click the settings icon in the bottom left and then click Manage Accounts.




Click + Add account.




Choose Advanced setup.




Select Internet email.




Fill in your account details.  


Email Address: your email address 

Username: your email address 

Password: your email address password (found in the email we sent you with the subject line 'Webmail / IMAP - [Your company name]')  

Account name: a name to recognise your mailbox

Send your message using this name: your name as you wish it to appear on outgoing email messages 

Incoming email server: zimbra.protectedservice.net:993

Account type: IMAP4

Outgoing (SMTP) email server: smtp.protectedservice.net:587


When you have entered the relevant details, click Sign in.
